Buyer reviewKarla was/is very good at her job. Very friendly. I trust her opinion she steered me in the right direction and gave great advise on homes we looked at. Karla is good at asking questions and once you answer pointing out pros and cons based on your thoughts of a house. Karla is easy to talk to and feels like a family friend. She gives good feed back. I will always seek out Karla when I or my family is in search of a new home.

Seller reviewI would definitely recommend Karla West and use her again for any real estate dealings in our future. She was knowledgeable, friendly, competent; but I think her best quality is how accessible she is. If you call Karla, she never just doesn't answer. She always sends a quick text and explains that she will call you back within a certain time frame; and she always is good on her word. When you think of al the services you call in your weekly life, how few really do call back when they say they will? Karla West does and she never makes you feel that you are a bother or an inconvenience. She truly made a really major event in our lives very easy and enjoyable.
