I am a new home owner, and the process of home buying seemed complex and difficult at the start, but Karla made every obstacle smooth and understandable. She offered great advice when negotiating, picking a property, and how best to handle certain situations. My first home buying process was quick, efficient, and easier than I thought it could be. Karla West listened to not only my needs but also my wants for a new home. Prior to contacting her I had called other realtors and they never returned my calls. Karla called me back in a short amount of time and continued to do so during the whole process. During the sale of my home some difficulties arose and Karla not only kept a positive attitude but worked with all parties involved to reach a solution.
