She was available when needed and always quick to answer all our questions. She did an excellent job in giving us details about the area and showing us houses in the area we wanted. She helped in every aspect of the purchase. She was a wonderful agent and we would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Seller reviewAfter being taking advantage of by a real estate agent that was a "friend" of my husband's family... and another agent that although nice enough, just didn't seem to have enough experience to prevent or was even aware of when potential buyer showed up unexpectedly to our new home ... working with Karolyn was just amazing! I used to think that just any real estate agent could be used to buy and/or sale property... wow, was I so WRONG! The first agent we used to sell some land we had purchased, should probably have her real estate license revoked due to serious ethical and moral issues we encountered and were told to us by the closing agent involved when we closed on that property. The professionalism, experience and knowledge that Karolyn exudes is unmatched; which resulted in reduction of stress and frustration compared to working with other agents. I wouldn't hesitate to either recommend or use Karolyn again!
