Seller reviewI knew when I was selling my house there is only one person I would work with. I actually question why anyone uses anyone besides Kassidy! She's simply the best!! She's knowledgeable, she's quick, she's professional and she has a great presence on social media which is important. She becomes a friend through the process because it can be stressful and she Always has great advice!

I think her brain has a catalog with customers and clients and a unique ability to bring the right people together. I would never use anybody else.

Buyer reviewKassidy was fabulous. She was easy going and enjoyable to talk with. She let us see the house multiple times, and with quick turn around. The contractors she recommended were great. When negotiations on repairs came up, Kassidy helped both sides find workable middle ground. Because of family interference, the final days before closing were an absolute nightmare, but Kassidy handled everything with the utmost grace and professionalism. My father was unbelievably rude to her (and I'm so deeply sorry for this), but she managed it as well as any one could hope. Honestly, you all should be very proud of her. I will definitely recommend her to my friends. I don't know what else to say, except that our experience with Kassidy was the best we've ever had with any previous realtor. (If raises or bonuses are possible--she deserves one!)

Because of her our kids will get to grow up in the house their grandpa grew up in. We couldn't be more thankful to have had Kassidy by our side through all this!

Seller reviewKassidy is an amazing realtor! She was very easy to work with, answered questions over text or call at a timely manor, and very knowledgeable. Filling out all the paperwork was so easy and did not take much time at all and the best part is her got all the paperwork to payoff our mortgage and we just had to sign off on it witch made that process so much easier!! We would highly recommend Kassidy!!
