We contacted Kassidy about looking at a house last year and were super impressed by how professional and knowledgeable she was. We had a lot of questions that she answered for us and we realized that we weren't quite ready to buy yet. We looked at a lot of houses before we found "the one". Then when we did, we had some excessive delays with the mortgage lender/appraisal, but Kassidy kept her professionalism and kept things moving along even when the lender/appraiser were dragging their feet. She even got our closing day moved up a bit so we wouldn't have to move over a holiday weekend! Could not be happier with Kassidy. From the ease of access in contacting her to her vast knowledge of the area and houses in general, we were super impressed with her. We are so glad that we went with her as our realtor. Kassidy Paine is the one to go to for any of your buying/selling needs.
