Buyer reviewI was moving to Tampa from out of state and knew very little about the area. Also, I was unable to visit before choosing a house due to travel restrictions caused by COVID-19. Needless to say, I was under a considerable amount of stress while attempting to find a house but Kate was extremely knowledgeable about different areas of town and helped me come up with a list of homes that fit my needs and budget. Her communication throughout the process was excellent and she provided me with several FaceTime walk-throughs of the home I eventually selected and sent pictures. I love my new house and I'd recommend Kate to any of my friends or colleagues without hesitation.

She even helped with school and daycare for the kids as well as local recommendations for events and things to see. She truly cared for our family and wanted the best. She is a firm communicator when other parties make buying a home difficult - she always had our back and stood firm on what was important to us. We loved working with Kate!

It feels nice to go throught the purchase of your home and have your realtor be excited with you, to live the moment and share ideas with you.
