Buyer reviewKate was very professional and helpful during the purchase process. She assisted with an extra trip to the property so I could get additional pictures and she showed anything she thought might be an issue which I appreciate her honesty since I purchased the property unseen. She supplied names and phone numbers for inspections, insurance, etc. She worked weekends and after hours to make this purchase happen. I would highly recommend Kate as a realtor.
