Katelyne was referred to me by a friend and previous client. The thing that most stood out to me was her tenacity and commitment to her client's needs. My sale was VERY strange due to a paperwork snafu with the deed at the time of my mother's passing. Katelyne called in the legal cavalry to help sort out the deed issue with Montgomery County (notoriously horrible to deal with) and managed to get the buyers to hang on and get to the table. There were so many pitfalls with the sale of my house due to unforeseen circumstances. I would not have come through it with my sanity in tact without Kate having my back throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to get everyone to the table. She was very tactful, respectful, supportive, encouraging and helpful. I am incredibly happy with her performance and there is no one else that I would rather have as a realtor. Katelyne Rusenko in a word: SUPERSTAR -- There was a great deal of 'emotional investment' that went into my house and Kate understood the sacrifice and time that it took to ready the house for sale. The home was an unfinished remodel bequest from my late mother. I put a huge investment in capitol and sweat into that house and she was sensitive to my needs in that respect. I wish Katelyne's Real Estate license was good in the places I am seeking to move so I could use her to buy my next house!

Katelyne helped us find the perfect home and negotiate contract details that were important to us. She was well organized and was in the details.
