I am a full-time professional Realtor, with Accredited Buyer designation. I have been in real estate in the Glastonbury area full-time for over 13 years have a solid understanding of the local market areas. Prior to entering real estate, I held positions in the corporate world as V.P. of Sales at Moore Medical - a medical distributor, where I held P&L responsibilities for well over $50M in sales, as well as a General Manager role in an Import/Export company with offices in the US/Italy/Canada.My formal education is in International Business, with a degree from UCONN. I have been living in Glastonbury for over 20 years and am actively involved in the local schools,GHS Crew and community service programs. I am also a long standing member in BNI (Business Network International) where I have held positions of educational coordinator, VP and President. Buyer reviewKatherine was phenomenal across the board. I started off all over the map (pretty literally) in terms of looking for a house that was somewhat centrally located in CT. It didn't matter which town we were in, Katherine had knowledge of all of them. And as we worked together, she understood what was important to me and she would provide information about local markets, vets, bagel shops, etc. Again, and I will write this repeatedly if I need to, Katherine was amazing. And I'd also like to point out that there was one instance where she was not able to join for a showing and she planned for Les Harris to be there and he was also fantastic. Also, if there was a higher score for "patient," I would rate Katherine higher on it. This has been a PROCESS. There were countless houses, multiple bids, an accepted bid that didn't work out, and FINALLY, success. Katherine was positive and continued telling me that the right house would come along. And she was absolutely right. Her knowledge, her patience, her willingness to work with me (and my mom, and sometimes my great aunt, depending on the day)... it made this frustrating process so much easier. The only parts of the experience that weren't great had to do with the sellers, their agents, the lender/all of the paperwork they needed, etc., but even with all of that, Katherine was accessible and supportive. Everything involving Katherine and anyone she recommended, including the home inspections, the attorney, contractors, etc., was excellent.

Seller reviewWhen selling my home I knew there was no other choice then Katherine Curry. She has helped out friends and family over the years numerous times and I knew she was the only option for me! Dealing with buyers from out of state, issues related to Covid and multiple other stresses along the way, Katherine did an excellent job relaying information to me and always keeping me in the loop. I never had a doubt that she was advocating for me and taking care of things. Overall I can not say enough about how happy I was with Katherine. I will recommend her to everyone!
