Kathi Philpot was great in every way. She explained things very easy for my husband and I to understand since we were first time homebuyers. She also answered every question we had professionally. Kathi- is awesome at her job! We could've picked any company but we chose century 21 yet again, and we could've chosen any agent and we are glad we stuck with Kathi- We had a list of must-have's, one being a lot of correspondence whenever we needed it, and others being lots of patience and a lot of demands and she handled it all with ease.
