Seller reviewHistory with Kathie was valuable. We contacted Rose 4 years ago and were correctly advised that we should hold on selling - a wise decision. Out of the blue Kathie called and asked if we were interested in selling. The property is now sold thanks to Kathie. I believe Kathie is still working of sending us a document when completed. This could have been a difficult sale considering we live in Kansas. Kathie made the sale a simple and timely event. Thanks Kathie!!
