After another agent (with another broker) failed to close the sale of my condo and I had already moved out of state, Kathie worked with me remotely to relist my property. She made recommendations on repairs I should make to earn top dollar, made all accommodations for contractors to have access, and connected me with top-quality contractors for a much better price than I could've gotten on my own even if I'd still been local. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and was happy to share with me her every thought/strategy on selling my home. I'd recommend her to anyone.
