This home was an investment property in NJ while I reside in FL. When it came time to sell this home, I spoke with numerous brokers that I became of aware of both from direct mail (substantial flyers and business cards collected over several years) and internet search. Kathi provides a 'tag-team' service, working closely with another broker in her office, Sindy Craig. Together they connect buyers and sellers on the same transaction ('my home sale') while protecting each parties' interests fully. Both Kathi and Sindy went above and beyond numerous times, helping me with items I could not tackle from FL or that might have cost a lot with unknown providers. They even identified 'back-up' (contingency) buyers should the deal fall apart - which two of my offers actually did! They didn't miss a beat and we closed in about 2 months after listing the property. On top of their knowledge of the area, their intimate knowledge with this community, as well as a network of people to help on any given task, they are both very nice people to work with, and still very professional. Kathi was always available when I had a question, especially on the 'next-steps' in the process. She gave straight up advise and guided me on the inspection process and suggestions on what I could do to the home to make it more presentable. She brought some of her own items to help stage the home. Since the home was completely empty. She was understanding and emphatic since I was selling my parents home of 40+years. It was a very emotional time for me.
