Kathi was more then what any seller/buyer could ask for. I have dealt with her on my property, both the selling and buying end and I have her to thank for the sales of both. Kathi worked harder then she should have and went above and beyond to make sure both deals were executed. She worked nights, weekends and early mornings to push things along. She even took matters into her own hands when the buyer of my house needed to find a new lender. She tracked down a company she knew would be able to get the loan thru.
