Seller reviewFirst impression in meeting with her were extremely favorable. Her insights in what work should be done before listing home were spot on. I heard from a relative that she was very professional in the field and has a very good sales record. I learned that first hand with Kathy. Please refer to previous comment box for answers. I would also add she was prompt,courteous, and professional throughout the whole process. From the listing to the closing was only six weeks. I couldn't have imagined she would be able to pull that off,but she did. I was very grateful that I chose Kathy. Kudos to her for a job well done. What more can I say, she was fabulous!!!!!
