Buyer reviewKathryn Carpenter was very polite and very professional at all times. Any concerns I had she would put to rest. She would tell me it was her job to be the one to worry. That it was stressful enough just trying to get everything in order. Which I appreciated greatly. She is a very lovely lady that knows her business. Yes if I ever have to move again I would use her again. It wouldn't matter what time I contacted her, she was always very gracious and accommodating. I wish her the best. Also I was very touched that she gave me a welcome home gift. You just don't see that many people that are that thoughtful in today's society.

Seller reviewI liked Kathryn Carpenter because she was very nice, polite, and very knowledgeable about the area. She was available at any time that I contacted her. She would tell me that she was the one to worry about things, that was her job. That I shouldn't have to worry about a thing, that selling a home and having the stress of trying to find a new home was enough, she would take care of all the details. Yes, I would and have recommended Kathryn Carpenter to other people. If I ever have to sell again, she will be the person I contact.
