Seller reviewKathy's knowledge of the local market was integral to being able to make the sale, we couldn't have done it without her! Kathy was just the nicest agent possible, she did things like check on the house when the weather got cold unexpectedly. She was always helpful and never said no, she may have redirected us - but she didn't say no! Kathy is a gem. She has valuable "small town smarts," and knows the local market to a T. I very much appreciated her service in helping us sell the house. It was all good because of Kathy.
