Seller reviewKathryn Carpenter is extraordinary in all/most respects. Can not think of a single weakness. Was a pleasant surprise that she didn't resort to tactic most seller agents do.......leaning on seller to reduce price to interest level of casual buyer. Very responsive, prompt to reply, decisive when taking action on balls back in her court, etc.... Basically, a "real" seller's agent. The absolute best I've had over course of last 35 years and some dozen or so transactions of this type.

Buyer reviewKathy understood that we were relocating to start a bed and breakfast and how quickly we want to be a part of our new community. She introduced us to civic leadership (the mayor and city manager) and helped us understand who to contact as it relates to permits and inspections. That is just going above and beyond in an unexpected, but very appreciated way. She is obviously greatly respected at Century 21 and the City of Pittsburg. We feel that she made us feel like part of her family, because now she is a part of ours.
