Kathy was also very helpful showing us homes in multiple communities. Kathy gave us great advice for home and termite inspectors and then recommending approach to negotiate with the sellers to fix/credit damage that was uncovered. Overall Kathy's advice and assistance helped us achieve the dream of a shore property.
