I was living in Colorado and Kathy allowed me to facetime all of the houses I saw. During this time, Kathy was very responsive with all my questions and took care of finding my mortgage broker, inspectors, etc. We also had a 2 hour time difference and Kathy accommodated my text and email communications 7 days a week/12 hour days. I was working on paperwork for my sale in Colorado and New Jersey at the same time. Kathy was on top of all of the due dates for me with reminders. I'm not sure how I would have done this with Kathy!
