Kathy Landwehr was amazing to work with in selection, process, and procedures. We were purchasing a secondary home from our primary home in Arizona. Kathy went above and beyond by helping us to "see" the property (FaceTime) and send pictures. Part of the time of the purchase process, I was in South Africa. Kathy went above and beyond the call of duty to coordinate with inspection, bank, and negotiating for the most optimum deal we could get. Kathy is thorough and professional. Kathy was such a joy to work with - she literally has become family to us! We have been looking for a home for a long time and each time it hasn't quite worked out. She not only stuck with us, but was always "on the job" and wouldn't stop until we found the perfect home for us. She is an amazing person and it shines through in her work! Always a step ahead of us and organized - which is extremely important to me. This whole process was smooth and enjoyable - and it was a long process! She was so very patient with us and our needs and was the perfect one for us to work with.

From the moment I saw Kathy bounce out of her car at the first house we toured I knew she had the energy we needed to get my daughter into the right house! She came racing towards me with a big smile and shook my hand - I knew she was really glad to meet me and start working on the "project"- she was knowledgeable about the area, hung on there with me when we were getting frustrated- never without a genuine smile for us when we would get together! Like I said before, I have worked with several agents in the past and Kathy Landwehr was and is the best and I would call her in a second if I needed her again. I will also spread the word about her and hand out her card- from the showings to the closing - she was always there for us morning, noon and night whenever we had a question or problem- we knew we could count on her for anything!! What perhaps impresses us the most is Kathy's attention to us following the purchase. She checks in regularly, and continues to work hard to secure summer rentals since we purchased close to the season.
