Seller reviewA big thank-you to Kathy Tully, who sold our house in Gloucester in only 41 days.Kathy had a plan and a vision, and everything moved along like clockwork. She's calm, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. The best part was when she staged our house for sale, using a combination of our furnishings and her own decor, and brought out its true New England charm. I felt so proud to show people this place I had lived in and loved. This is the third time I've worked with Kathy, and she is the only Realtor I ever recommend to friends.

Seller reviewKathy knew just what was needed to sell our home. She made us feel very comfortable and explained what was happening every step of the way. She negotiated well for us and this was very important as it meant we got to stay in our home for an extra month- which made moving with a 6 month old much easier. She's the best around!

Seller reviewWhile Kathy's experience in the market is considerable and respectable, it is her adeptness working with various people with different personalities that is of equal value to her and the customer. Real estate is a very personal matter, yet Kathy demonstrates a command of emotional knowledge to know when to step on the gas or hit the break. Emotional maturity is key to anyone who succeeds in their respective industry. I knew very little of Kathy's proficiency in the market when I chose her. To be candid, the choice was the result of a mere google search and not made based on her track record, which again I now understand is considerable. If I were asked for a referral, I would suggest Kathy and be obliged to speak of her experience. Yet, it would be with relish that I would speak from experience by saying Kathy can and will sell your property because she knows when to ask questions yet also listen for answers along the path to success.

She was very patient with us when we'd call/text/email constantly with questions or concerns. Always there with a smile on her face and if she didn't have the answer to something, she found it. When the house we fell in love with came with it's own set of obstacles she kept us patient and sane. I very highly recommend Kathy!
