Kathryn Wilder was persistent in selling the property and kept me very informed throughout the process. I really appreciated her diligence, as it took a long time for it to be sold (no fault of hers). For two years, she consistently worked to show / advertise the property. Other realtors before Kathryn did not keep me informed, nor work persistently to sell the land.

Chose her based on talking with her when she had shown the house to someone last year. Interviewed her and other realtors . She was the most understanding of our needs and the most accommodating. We can't say enough about how great she was to work with us!!! She made extra trips to the home before and after showings to ensure our concerns were addressed. She also arranged and coordinated some minor repairs. Above average service!
