She answered all our phone calls and e-mails no matter what they were and kept in regular contact through the whole process. She weeded out potential buyers who would have asked for unacceptable contingencies. Kathy and Jim then went the extra mile to maximize the sale price of my home. Jim was at the home when it was appraised and was highly successful in getting a favorable appraised value. Kathy and Jim make an excellent team and they eventually sold my home at the top end of Kathy's original price range. I would highly recommend them to other home sellers.
