I would ask Kathy multiple times during the sale of our home, "What is your opinion?". Her answers were always honest and fair. We are now renting in Wellesley and are going to be looking for a home in the Westwood, Needham, Wellesley area and Kathy Harkins is the only person we will ask to be our realtor is Kathy.
