Kathy Hollingshead was a great help as I was working on line from out of state. She went out of her way to check things that I couldn't tell from pictures and text. When my son drove to the location to check the property out for me she was most helpful and courteous! When I arrived to take the walk through she told me where to find a good motel! I would most certainly recommend her to friends and family. Everyone we spoke to was great as in delivering messages when phone or emails didn't work.

Buyer reviewThe process of buying a home has been complicated for me along the way due to my own circumstances and Kathy Hollingshead has been patient and "took the helm" at times to help me navigate through difficult waters. When I asked for help, she offered it, but was always respectful of my own preferences. There were many times when my schedule was a bit strange and she was able to always meet me when I was available. I felt respected and understood throughout this long journey. When I was discouraged, she always had positive and encouraging words to offer. I really appreciated her in this experience and will be seeking her when I need further realtor assistance.
