Kathy was very quick at getting the details together in preparation for the sale of my home. She conducted several open houses to assist in selling my home timely. She made recommendations on asking prices to further assist in the sale of my home. After a month of my home being on the market, my family and I moved across the country. Kathy utilized convenient online resources to sign documents so I would not have to be there in order to sell my home. She provided regular lawn maintenance to keep the curb appeal up.
