I have lived and worked in Northern Virginia for the past 40 years and have lived in the beautiful Piedmont Region of Fauquier and Culpeper counties for the past 27 years. I feel truly blessed every day that I live in this beautiful rural landscape and that I was able to raise my three children here. Seller reviewWe were already in the process of leaving the area when we contracted with Kathy. She brought in a designer to pick new paint colors, found a painter and coordinated the painting, repairs, cleaning, even got rid of old furniture we didn't want to bring. And to top it off she sold the house in three days. It couldn't have been a better experience..

We called Kathy, who immediately engaged and saw to it that we won the contract to the new property (against other bidders) and that we met our obligation of selling our home inside of a 30-day contingency window. In fact, she sold our home IN FOUR DAYS. She was the consummate professional from beginning to end, guiding us and handling every facet of the sale and purchase promptly, efficiently, and with excellent communication. She managed to also become a real friend and hero for us as we leaned heavily on her - she showed true grace and humanity to a couple of stressed out people as she led us through both transactions. We could not possibly have asked for more and will recommend Kathy at every opportunity (in fact, she is already working with our daughter and son in law!)
