I am currently living out of state and was selling a home I had been renting out for the past 3 years so this was a long distance project. Kathy Lex could not have been more helpful. She kept me informed all along the way, even when she was on vacation. She made this a very easy and straightforward process, even coordinating local painting, cleaning and yard services so the house would be ready to show. I could not be happier with how Kathy Lex handled the sale of my home. She was awesome!!
