Buyer reviewKathy was a dream to work with. She got to know my husband and me and took the information she gained and helped us find a home we love. She has a vast knowledge of the Shreveport area. She showed us many many houses but never seemed annoyed with us. Kathy made the negotiating, exchanging of contracts and closing a breeze. She answered any questions we had and submitted everything in a timely manner. She showed professionalism throughout our home buying process, including with handling of deposit money/escrow. Her attention to detail is probably one of the best things about Kathy. She remembered all of the little things that my husband and I did it did not like and would point them out in each house we viewed. She would also point out problems or potential problems that she saw at each property. She did not try and sugarcoat anything. I recommend Kathy to all of my friends and family and would work with her in the future.
