Kathy is by far the best realtor to work with! As a young couple looking to purchase our first home, the process was by no means fun or easy. After months of viewing many properties, we could not find anyone eager to work with us, until one late night phone call of reaching out to Kathy. From then on, I knew she was motivated to help us tackle such an obstacle. Unfortunately, as a young couple, our circumstances did not provide us with many options or even the ability to work with Kathy in person. Excellent purging & preparation advice prior to listing our house. The amount of pictures that Kathy takes and uses is noteworthy. Some realtors will only post a few pictures, but Kathy uses every slot available! We were also surprised to see how fast our house was listed on external sites like Zillow and Realtor.com. Communication was top notch!! Kathy was always available. She made sure we always understood the documentation by taking the time to review it with us and always kept us up to date. Very trustworthy and truly cares about her clients and their needs. She cared for us like we were family, while professionally representing us through the process. Our first time selling and the experience was much better than we anticipated because of Kathy. There is no doubt in our mind, if we need to sell and/or buy we'll be using Kathy again.
