I moved to Chippewa Falls from Stone Lake in August. My husband Mike and I owned Pine Ridge Restaurant on Big Sissabagama Lake for 26 years until we sold it just recently. I became a real estate broker in 2009. As a professional real estate broker, my main focus is client satisfaction. Seller reviewKathy Snyder was great! We live in another state, so we could not be on site to deal with things at the property. Thus, Kathy had to do a lot of things that would normally be done by the property owner, such as dealing with contractors, dealing with our renter, etc. This saved us a lot of money since we never had to travel back to the property.
