I moved to Chippewa Falls from Stone Lake in August. My husband Mike and I owned Pine Ridge Restaurant on Big Sissabagama Lake for 26 years until we sold it just recently. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated Kathy! I think she was very intelligent, provided good information and feedback, and was super helpful when I had to make decisions. I reside in Idaho and was considering selling my cabin in northern wisconsin. I sent three emails to different agents within the Hayward area and Kathy was the only agent to reply to my email. Kathy was did a good job of working with me and understanding my objectives considering I live 1600 miles away. Overall, my experience with Kathy was pleasant and successful as I sold my cabin.
