I moved to Chippewa Falls from Stone Lake in August. My husband Mike and I owned Pine Ridge Restaurant on Big Sissabagama Lake for 26 years until we sold it just recently. I became a real estate broker in 2009. As a professional real estate broker, my main focus is client satisfaction. Buyer reviewKathy was great to work with. Being from out of town, quick communication was very important to us. She'd get back to us in minutes, not hours. Extremely responsive. She'd drop everything to get back to us. She also knew the area well, steered us in the right direction, and overall found us a place that our family will be able to enjoy for years to come. And she's a great person. Lastly, we had some (typical) hiccups with our closing - easements, septic system, etc. etc. and she ultimately saved the day by finding a great local lender that was able to get the loan underwritten and closed within a few weeks.
