I moved to Chippewa Falls from Stone Lake in August. My husband Mike and I owned Pine Ridge Restaurant on Big Sissabagama Lake for 26 years until we sold it just recently. I became a real estate broker in 2009. As a professional real estate broker, my main focus is client satisfaction. Seller reviewWe feel that Kathy Snyder really cared what happened with our property, what we should or should not do in order to make the sale, and that she was in constant communication with us by text and phone even while attending her children's away activities. She appreciated our property and did not, at any time, emphasize the negative. As we were not living in the area while the house and property were on the market and sold, we felt comfortable leaving everything in her hands. Kathy kept a careful watch. She was optimistic.
