Seller reviewMy current housemate has used Kathy in the past for buying/selling his previous homes. He was actually in the process of buying a house and recommended Kathy to assist with selling my townhome. Kathy was extremely friendly and helpful. She met with me right after I spoke with her by phone & came to the house to discuss everything & go over the process. She got the house up the very next morning and walked me through the process- as this was the first time I have ever sold a home. She answered my questions and gave helpful advice. I work permanent night shift which meant I was sleeping during the day which was polar opposite of any normal person's schedule but Kathy was awesome!! She worked with me thru texts & calls on my schedule which I greatly appreciate! She was very thorough and easy to communicate with whether that be in person or by phone. Kathy was a pleasure to work with & I am grateful/happy with the experience!
