A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, Kathy began her Real Estate career in 2015. She passionately serves her clients and loves spending time with them in the Home Selling and Buying process. With a work history of Banking, Education and Security, Kathy has used her talent set to advance her career in Real Estate. A graduate of ETSU in Public Relations, she never dreamed she would one day be able to work in a company where she can make a difference like she can at Century 21 Legacy in the lives of her people. Kathy and her husband of 37 years have two children and two fur babies. The apple of their eye is their new granddaughter.

We were first time home buyers so we were a little nervous about the whole process, but she made us feel so comfortable and confident that everything would work out, and it did! She was easy to talk to and get a hold of, answered all of our questions, was always available to show us homes and discuss things as they came up, and worked so hard to make sure we found the perfect house for us. We couldn't possibly have asked for a better realtor and we definitely consider her a friend now! We would highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.

I could get ahold of her anytime and she always was there to answer questions and anything else we needed! We could not be more pleased with the outcome of the sale!
