A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, Kathy began her Real Estate career in 2015. She passionately serves her clients and loves spending time with them in the Home Selling and Buying process. With a work history of Banking, Education and Security, Kathy has used her talent set to advance her career in Real Estate. A graduate of ETSU in Public Relations, she never dreamed she would one day be able to work in a company where she can make a difference like she can at Century 21 Legacy in the lives of her people. Kathy and her husband of 37 years have two children and two fur babies. The apple of their eye is their new granddaughter.

Buyer reviewKathy is an extraordinary realtor. She is efficient, knowledgeable, flexiable, and above all else - accessible. She has been immediately responsive to a number of challenges and her solutions have been effective. Her knowledge of local issues and talent resolved several issues. She was effective in working with the other end of our recent home sale in another state. Timely sale of our old home was critical to the purchase of our new home in Tennessee. When there was a glitch in the other sale, we called Kathy. Kathy was supportive and professional as she reached out to the realtora and closers invovled in that sale. Her willingness and positive approach was helpful in another deal in another state. Who does that? Who is willing to make positive and effective intervention in a situation like that? Kathy White is; that's who. This was above the call of duty. -- Kathy's is continuing to support as we are settling in northeast Tennessee. Her commitment is extraordinary.

She took time out of her day to show us numerous properties. She kept working with us until we found a home we liked. She was able to handle negotiations with the seller and facilitated numerous repairs on our property so that it will be move in ready by the time we move in. She also worked very hard- even late at night and while on vacation to help facilitate our closing. She took a very complicated process and made it easy and seamless. I cannot reccomened Kathy White enough and we feel blessed to have had her as our Realtor.

She made the process as smooth as it could be, from helping us figure out exactly what we wanted (it was a process!) to getting our house ready to list to getting the move underway. She told me multiple times that it was her job to stress and took the burden off of my shoulders. I felt like there was no one better who could be in our corner and walking us through every step of the process. She never tired of answering my questions and gave us so much wonderful guidance on both buying and selling. And she refused to let us settle on anything that wasn't exactly what we were looking for. We love our new home and hope to be here for a long time, but if we ever move again, we'll call Kathy in a heartbeat.

She was ALWAYS available especially as we were out of state. She ALWAYS called us back if she was busy. Her communication was impeccable. Would definitely use her again.
