A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, Kathy began her Real Estate career in 2015. She passionately serves her clients and loves spending time with them in the Home Selling and Buying process. With a work history of Banking, Education and Security, Kathy has used her talent set to advance her career in Real Estate. A graduate of ETSU in Public Relations, she never dreamed she would one day be able to work in a company where she can make a difference like she can at Century 21 Legacy in the lives of her people. Kathy and her husband of 37 years have two children and two fur babies. The apple of their eye is their new granddaughter.

Seller reviewA local Bank Rep said I would REALLY be happy with her, and I was more like DELIGHTED!!!! Her knowledge of the area helped her recommend people to prep the house, AND she's SO kind, understanding, and caring, I "adopted" her as my little sister!!! First, she sold my mother's house, and then sold Fawnwood second!!!! In our 47 years together, my wife and I hav bought and sold several houses in 3 States, but NEVER has the process been easier, less stressful, and as downright PLEASANT!!!! I'd be recommending her all over creation if I didn't worry about working her too Hard!!!! She, and we, are now lifetime friends, and it's quite seldom that I forget to give thanks for being led to meet her, as well as thankfulness to the Banker lady who told me of her!!!!! Kathy White turned out to be everything I thought she would be given the parameters of my homework to find the best agent for the job. She was professional, expedient in her responses, a great problem solver, and willing to literally "go the extra mile" for the transaction to close as smoothly as possible. The buyer's agent, Alex Garrison, is also an agent with Century 21 Legacy. He was very professional and helpful in getting the transaction to the closing table.
