A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, Kathy began her Real Estate career in 2015. She passionately serves her clients and loves spending time with them in the Home Selling and Buying process. With a work history of Banking, Education and Security, Kathy has used her talent set to advance her career in Real Estate. A graduate of ETSU in Public Relations, she never dreamed she would one day be able to work in a company where she can make a difference like she can at Century 21 Legacy in the lives of her people. Kathy and her husband of 37 years have two children and two fur babies. The apple of their eye is their new granddaughter.

She is personable and really does cooperate and "play well" with others. When my brother wanted to list the home for more than she or I thought was reasonable, she complied and was very good at appeasing him. The house was listed and three days later we got a very good offer. 45 days later, we closed on the property.
