It meant a lot to me that she was deliberate and honest about our options and gave us great guidance during our home search and the purchasing process. She fielded all of my questions and concerns with her expertise and professional courtesy. She took my husband and I out to view propereties and relieved our stress of searching for homes by bringing us options that fit our criteria and explaining the pros and cons of the properties. She celebrated our purchase and welcomed us into our new home. As first time home buyers, Katie was a perfect fit for us!

Buyer reviewThe closure on the property was negotiated very quickly with a LOT of back and forth between Katie Pittenger and the selling agent. Much of the work was accomplished over the weekends. Her experience with knowing how to protect us from overlooking details was excellent. Katie was also very patient with us with our lack of experience dealing with the paperless negotiations.

Katie is knowledgeable with knowing who to reach out to for certain things. Her communication skills are amazing, she kept us in the loop about everything at all times! She didn't try to change our mind on what we were looking for and most importantly she included our kids opinions on how they felt! We loved how everything turned out with purchasing our first home because of Katie!

She stayed in communication with me throughout the process conveying the buyers expectations and helping me make the appropriate decisions. She explained contract details that I didn't understand to help navigate that piece. She was always available to talk with me when I had questions or concerns. Trust and love Katie. Would definitely use her as my agent again.
