When this opportunity came up we contacted her because she is responsive and well informed plus we just like her for a million reasons. The house went up for sale late Friday afternoon of Labor Day Weekend -- she was able to show it to us that night and we had an offer in the next day. She worked all Labor Day weekend to get this done and we closed yesterday - it could not have happened any sooner. She is awesome. She is fabulous -- she answers her phone, she works with you, she knows the market, and she did an excellent job.
