Katie was great, she went above and beyond what I thought a real estate agent would do to help me sell my home of 33 years. When you have lived and taken care of something for that long it's a very emotional experience. The decision to sell wasn't easy but it is what I had to do. The process was so easy and all taken care of by Katie and her team. I would highly recommend Katie Riedeman to anyone looking to buy or sell. Katie went out of her way to help us find a home. We took up her weekends for 2 months and she always made her schedule work for us. We would contact her on short notice and she was always willing to meet with us. She was more than willing to show the house we purchased on 5 different occasions.The house we purchased was our third house we put an offer on. The first two homes did not work out in our favor and she kept us optomistic. After picking apart the first few homes we looked at, she was able to hone in on what houses we needed to be looking at that didnt have deal breakers.

Katie was a great realtor to work with! She was always available to answer our questions and knew what type of house we were looking for. She was always a step ahead in the process so we knew what the expect with buying our home. She was very knowledgeable and we would highly recommend her to a friend.
