She made my wife and I feel like a priority- contacting us quickly whenever a new house came on the market and working with our busy lives to schedule prompt viewings. She was always quick to respond to any of our questions (which we had a lot of!) We really appreciated her patience. My wife and I looked at dozens of properties over the course of several months. We had decided we wouldn't make an offer unless we found our "dream home" within our budget. Katie never rushed us and continuously encouraged us that we would find the perfect place. Her knowledge of the area allowed us to eventually find our dream home and her exceptional negotiating skills helped us to even get it under asking price! I have already confidently recommended Katie to family and friends who are in need of a realtor and will definitely continue to do so!
