Buyer reviewThe short version - Katie Riedeman is phenomenal! The long version - The entire home buying experience was new to us, and on occasion, overwhelming. Katie is professional, yet relaxed, knowledgeable and reassuring. She made sure we were prepared each step of the way and was always on top of things. There was never a time where we felt like she did not have our best interest in mind. She listens and takes the time to ensure you feel comfortable. We never felt pressured to make a decision and once we did, she made the entire closing process such a breeze. Always kept us updated and has the best recommendations from the home inpector to the title company. The best part of all, closing on our house has not meant we are on our own! Katie has checked in on us multiple times and helped with a home warranty hiccup we had. We couldn't recommend her enough!

Buyer reviewI felt Katie was very knowledgeable of the home buying process and areas to watch out for when inspecting the house. Further, she gave great recommendations for lenders and a homeowners insurance agent that i ended up selecting. One item that didn't meet my expectation was the lack of house listings I received from Katie which was most likely due to her area of expertise of Ames/Ankeny. I felt most of the initiative to find houses in the DSM area weighed heavily on myself. Overall, a very positive experience working with Katie and would recommend her.

Buyer reviewKatie made the process of finding our forever home stress free and fun. She is very knowledgeable and explained each step of the process so we were able to understand. She was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. When decided to build our forever home and she worked along side us and our builder. She made sure we knew what was going on each step of the way and made sure we were treated fairly. She also had an idea of the area in which we wanted to build and helped with negotiating the sale of the land. We are forever thankful for the time and energy Katie gave and would not have chosen anyone else to help us in our journey!
