Kay did a wonderful job explaining everything to me from beginning to end! She suggested some minor things to fix around the house which made it easy for to me to get ready to sell and was very understanding of my situation. She was right on with pricing of the house and I was able to come out at the end with more profit than expected. Kay also kept me informed every step of the way so I knew exactly what was going to happen next and she was always very positive!
