Even when we still didn't understand something she would rephrase her response in a way that we could understand and wouldn't get aggravated with us! She was a true comfort to have during such a stressful time! We wholeheartedly trusted her judgement the entire time we worked with her! With us out of the area, Kayla was in control of this side of the equation. She never dropped the ball and got things done very efficiently. What's more is, her referrals to an inspector and lender proved to be right on par with her professionalism as well. Kayla is simply an awesome human!
