Whether they are buying their first home, or their 5th, or selling one of their most personal treasures, I want to be the one guiding them through the process. I have lived in the High Desert for over 22 years. My background is in construction, both residential and commercial, and as a field supervisor I had my hand in every aspect of the project. I have been married for over 30 years and have raised a wonderful family here in the Victor Valley. So, this is my home, and I want to help make it home for my clients as well.

Seller reviewI couldn't have asked for a better agent than Keith Liverman and my father completely agrees. He was there to help us through every hurdle that happened to come up and even sometimes went over and above anything we could've expected! He was always supportive and made himself available whenever we needed him and also helped in every way he possibly could. We were new to the selling game and had no idea what we were getting into, but he navigated us through it perfectly. We truly felt like he was a friend and understood where we were coming from and what we needed to come out of this. He also helped us find an agent in the state of Oklahoma where we were moving to so that we could find a house to move into once the house was sold. I give Keith Liverman an A plus rating and I would say anyone who had him help sell their house was a very lucky person.

Seller reviewLiverman excells in what he does in various ways. He is ready to listen to me any time I called and sugegested my openions to him. He spent his own money to repair the house when I did not have money to pay for the repairs. he did not do anything behind my back. He is trustworthy and will recommend him to friends and family members who want to sell their houses and buy new homes as well. Good job, Liverman. I appreciate everything you have done for me.
