He was on top of things throughout the search and understood that we needed to jump on houses, because of the extremely competitive market right now.

Buyer reviewKeith always reminded us of what check marks each house hit. He listened to us and made sure that we found the house that we really wanted. His listening in the beginning made this process much easier. We were overwhelmed with the paperwork required in this process, but Keith answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. I don't know if all agents stay in touch with their clients so closely, but Keith would go above and beyond with answering calls/texts/etc. in a very timely manner. We were not worried about anything in the process thanks to Keith. He had lists of people that he trusts for every step of the way. We used one of his contacts for a lending agent, home inspector, and roof inspector. I would use every one of these people again. It took 5 months for us to find the house we wanted. Keith was patient and understanding through it all.

We could not have been more fortunate to have an opportunity to work with Keith as our agent. We had time constraints to find a home and had no previous knowledge of the area. Keith quickly understood what we were looking for and presented appropriate properties for us to consider. We purchased a beautiful second home and closed within three weeks thanks in large part to Keith's assistance throughout the process - facilitating home inspection and keeping lines of communication open between the builder, title company and lender.
