I purchased a home for my family in Americus and used Kelley Kinslow as my buyers agent. I really can't say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Kelley made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend her.

God literally sent Kelley Kinslow to me during my house search.....she was everything I was looking for a needed, such an angel!! When I first met Kelley she was so nice and polite during our conversation, I told her what I was looking for and that I wasn't working with an agent and she instantly jumped on the search with me....the first house she showed me I was instantly hooked but the house wasn't in my price range and the seller wouldn't budge on the price, Kelley didn't give up, she found a house the was under my price range and showed me ways I can personalize it and make it my own...as I looked around at the house, colors started to form, from the walls to decor, furniture was being placed throughout the house and I was sold....once we had everything we need I order it only took a month close on the house not to mention this was my first home purchase...Kelley made this experience awesome for me and I thank her for that...If you are searching for a new home or rental property, I'd strongly recommend Kelley Kinslow because she always goes the extra mile to help you with whatever you may need, I know that much from my own experience!!!

I was selling the family home and live 130 miles away. The house was dirty from sitting empty for 1 and 1/2 years before Kelley Kinslow got the listing. She hired a house cleaner for me who did a hard cleaning. The backyard had an overgrown fish pond and she found a landscaper to clean it. We had two trees die and she showed it to the tree cutter who removed them. She let the workers in and locked up behind them.

This is my second home that I bought, with Kelley being my realtor. She is a excellent Realtor/ Broker.
