There was never a doubt in my mind that it was going to be Kelley when I was ready to start looking at houses and make a decision on one. Even when everyone was wondering why I wasn't going to deal with a particular realtor from my small home town that I've known since before I can remember. I'm the type of person that always wants the best or not at all. My new home is exactly what I was looking for and envisioned for years. It was move in ready with only cosmetic updating...when I get ready to do so, with no rush. Built simple for easy updating and modification. Built for simple addition connection. And plenty of land in the country with no one around. The peace and quiet I'm used to, and needed. I can't thank Kelley enough. Kelley was so easy to work with and taught me so much about the home buying process. I was ignorant to the home buying process before Kelley. I knew houses from my contracting experience, but nothing about purchasing them. She was there to walk me through...from looking at houses, to finding the right mortgage banker, to fine-tuned preparation for closing. Plus any of the extra options and details that made everything easy for closing and my future at my new home. At no point did I ever feel like she was getting any benefit from this. It felt like a true friend trying to find the perfect house for me. And very genuine and personal. She's was definitely the best choice I could've made. If there is room for improvement, she's already working on it. She strives for perfection. People like her don't need anyone to tell her when and how to improve. She doesn't have a complacent mind set. Everything changes, and a lot faster these days. So there's room for growth everyday with everything we do. And she is one of the few that knows that. But I would've never known. I didn't know it could be any easier and anymore perfect that this new page in my life was with all of her help. Thanks for everything Kelley!!

Kelley Kinslow is a true professional and very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of her profession. Every time that I needed to discuss anything regarding the sale of my home, she was there for me. Kelley did an excellent job as a real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable about our community/Sumter County and the available properties in this area. Kelley exemplified the term "professional" throughout the entire purchasing process. Examples of "professionalism" as described are, but are not limited to, service that was: timely, friendly, courteous, and supportive to both the seller and the buyer throughout the entire home purchasing process. Kelley exhibited a patient -not pushy- approach throughout my entire search process. She made herself available to let me view multiple houses before making a selection of the home that would work best for me and worked tirelessly to ensure that both the seller and buyer each had timely service, both during and after, her scheduled workday hours. Kelley used various methods of communication to stay in touch and communicate with all parties involved throughout the entire search and purchase process. Communication was in person, via phone, email and text- making it very easy to stay in touch to work through the initial purchase-price negotiation process, contractual agreement process (including negotiations after inspection), and the closing process. I would definitely recommend Kelley to someone who is in search of a home in Sumter County. Kelley went above and beyond in her position as a realtor as I searched for my new home and I am sure that she will do the same for others.
