I can't say enough good things about Kelli. She was patient, polite, kind and caring during the sell of our home. Hurricane Michael hit Panama City and she had major damage to her home but never once did she let that interfere or delay the sale of our property. She lost someone dear to her but again never let that interfere with her work. She's driven, determined and a fabulous broker. We can't wait to use her again soon when we buy our new home.

Kelli sold us our new house in June and we knew she would do a great job selling our old house. We were thrilled when she was available to work with us after the hurricane and were impressed by her can-do attitude when dealing with the challenges of marketing in a hurricane environment. Kelli did a great job in marketing our house as a good option in the post-hurricane area. She addressed the issues that needed to be examined to make it a good choice for buyers. Kelli was wonderful for selling. She made it easy for us as sellers.

We have known Kelli Garrett for years and knew she knew the area. She is knowledgeable and responsive, so we were comfortable with her. She work with us to help figure out exactly what we wanted and to help us find a place that met our criteria. Kelli is awesome. She made this experience a lot less stressful and daunting . We are very grateful for her easing any hurdles we faced. She definitely helped with working with our mortgager, inspectors, and the sellers. Kelli was wonderful.
